Qudos Beauty wasn’t just created—it was destined.

The story began with a shared frustration and a spark of inspiration.

Founded by Ana-Maria, international makeup artist with over a decade of experience, and Andra, a marketeer in the engineering industry for over 15 years , Qudos Beauty was born from two complementary worlds: artistry and industry.

Though both founders are originally from Romania, their paths didn’t cross until years later in the UK during a makeup lesson that changed everything.

At the time, Andra was searching for a way to reconnect with her creative passion. Ana-Maria, trusted by clients for her makeup expertise, was growing increasingly disillusioned with the lack of high-performance products on the market. During that first meeting, Andra asked a simple question:

“What’s the best mascara you recommend?” 

Ana-Maria couldn’t answer. Not because she didn’t know the market—but because nothing out there met her professional standards.

That moment became their catalyst.

They knew the industry needed more: luxury makeup that truly performs,
created by professionals who understand both beauty and
production—inside and out.
