For returns or to request an exchange please contact us on +44 7841643698 or info@qudosbeauty.com. We will process each request on an individual basis within 48 hours except weekends and bank holidays.  You can get in touch regarding a refund within 30 days of purchasing.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
