This policy explains how we process and deliver your Qudos Beauty order, what it costs, and what to do if anything goes wrong. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Order processing
1.1 We process and dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them.
1.2 Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed from the next working day.
1.3 You will receive an email when your order is confirmed, and another when it has been dispatched.
1.4 During busy periods, such as product launches, sales and the run-up to Christmas, processing can take a little longer. We will show any changes to processing times on our Site.
2. UK delivery 2.1 We deliver to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands, using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
2.2 UK delivery costs £3.50 per order, whatever the order size.
2.3 Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 parcels within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Including processing, please allow up to 5 working days from placing your order.
2.4 If nobody is in to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect it from your local delivery office.
2.5 We offer Free UK Delivery for all orders above £50.
3. International delivery
3.1 We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, email us at info@qudosbeauty.com and we will let you know if we can help.
3.2 International delivery costs a flat rate of £5.00 per order to any country outside the UK.
3.3 International orders usually arrive within up to 10 working days of dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal services. Customs checks can sometimes add extra time. This is outside of our control.
3.4 Import duties and taxes. Our prices and delivery charges do not include import VAT, customs duties or other local taxes. For orders delivered outside the UK, including to EU countries, these may be charged by your country when the parcel arrives, together with a handling fee from the delivery company. They are set by your country, not by us, and are your responsibility to pay. Your local customs office can tell you more before you order.
3.5 Refused parcels. If import charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned to us. Once it arrives back, we will contact you and refund the price of the products. The original delivery charge, and any charges we incur for the parcel's return, will not be refunded. This does not affect your right to cancel under our Terms.
4. Tracking your order
4.1 When your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. UK orders are tracked all the way to your door.
4.2 For international orders, tracking is provided where available for your destination. Once a parcel leaves the UK, updates may be less frequent while it passes through customs and the local postal service.
5. Delays
5.1 Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and our international carriers, not guarantees. Bad weather, strikes, customs checks and busy periods can occasionally cause delays.
5.2 If we know your order will be delayed, we will tell you as soon as possible.
5.3 Christmas and peak periods. Before Christmas and other busy times, we will publish our last recommended order dates on our Site. Please order by those dates to give your parcel the best chance of arriving in time.
6. Your delivery address 6.1 Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout, including the recipient's name, house number and postcode.
6.2 If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can change the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
6.3 If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you. Redelivery will cost the same as the original delivery charge.
7. Lost, late or damaged parcels
7.1 Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
7.2 If your parcel has not arrived, please email info@qudosbeauty.com with your order number if it has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch for UK orders, or 15 working days for international orders. We will look into it with the carrier.
7.3 If your parcel is confirmed lost, or has not arrived after our investigation, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery.
7.4 If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the parcel and products. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
7.5 If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbours and any safe place first, then contact us and we will help.
8. Gift wrapping
8.1 We offer luxury gift wrapping for £5.00 per order; this is charged separately and will show up in your basket at chekout as an optional.
8.2 We never include prices on our delivery notes.
10. Shipping - Christmas: Order by mid-day the 21st of December to get your item by Christmas day.

9.1 To return an item, please see our Returns Policy. Your rights to cancel and return are explained in our Terms and Conditions.
