Qudos Beauty Shipping Policy
At Qudos Beauty, we want your luxury makeup to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow 1 business days for processing. During busy shopping periods like Black Friday and Christmas, orders may take slightly longer to process and we will notify you of any delays we are aware of in advance. We use contingency couriers to avoid any delays where possible. We promise it’s worth the wait!

  • Cost: £5 per order; includes hard luxury gift box, satin bow closure, personalized card with your personalized message if you email us your request at andra@qudosbeauty.com 
  • Complimentary: on orders over £100, but only available upon request by email at andra@qudosbeuaty.com
  • To request gift wrapping, email andra@qudosbeauty.com with your order number and “Gift Wrapping Request” in the subject line; include detials and message if you request a personalized message in a card
